Eurofins Scientific, a global scientific leader in bioanalytical testing and clinical diagnostics testing, announces the completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in Repertoire Genesis Inc. (“RG”). RG owns a unique and proprietary analytical platform, TCR/BCR (T Cell Receptor/B Cell Receptor) repertoire profiling, that enables scientists to determine the specific pathophysiological status of immune responses derived from cancer, autoimmune diseases, transplants, and infectious diseases. RG’s analytical platform is an important resource for immune-related translational research, biomarker, diagnostics and pharmaceutical development from discovery stage through to clinical trials. The acquisition of RG will further expand Eurofins’ service offering to the healthcare sector globally and strengthen its unique service portfolio and position in the global bioanalytical market.
