Under the partnership, taq will provide VinFast with a knowledge-based, white-label digital retail solution, which will enable VinFast customers to seamlessly follow the purchase journey, from ordering the vehicle to delivery and financing.

taq will leverage the connectivity of its online retail solution combined with its intuitive credit portal to provide VinFast customers with the autonomy to set up their installments, submit a credit application and required documents, and sign contracts digitally. VinFast customers will also have exclusive access to a Concierge Service, provided by taq, which will guide and support them through the credit and financing application process.
