Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, announced it has entered into a purchase agreement to sell its Subang, Malaysia facility and associated businesses to Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CTRM) for $95.2 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.

Located in the Malaysian International Aerospace Centre, Spirit’s Subang operations span 45 acres with a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing footprint and employ more than 1,000 skilled professionals. The facility is recognized for its world-class aerostructures assembly, engineering, and services capabilities, as well as an integrated supply chain with in-region material sourcing, cost-efficient labor, and scalability to meet global demand.
