Revo announces $250 million investment from Eve Air Mobility to purchase 50 Eve eVTOLs

Revo, a leading innovator in premium urban air mobility and part of the multinational Omni Helicopters International (OHI), has signed a binding agreement with Eve Air Mobility, a subsidiary of Embraer, for the acquisition of up to 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOLs). This groundbreaking $250 million agreement, announced during the 2025 Paris Air Show-the world’s premier aerospace event-marks the first such deal Eve has signed globally.

As the first operator of Eve’s eVTOLs in São Paulo, Revo is taking a bold step forward in shaping the future of air mobility, reinforcing its position at the forefront of urban transport innovation.

“Two years ago, Revo pioneered helicopter flights with first-class service and bookings made in minutes – whether for individual seats, multiple passengers, or full aircraft capacity – something unprecedented in this market. Now, we are beginning a new chapter,” said João Welsh, CEO of Revo. “And the opportunity ahead of us is enormous, as major cities around the world – like São Paulo here in Brazil — are in desperate need of mobility solutions.”

São Paulo, home to the world’s largest helicopter fleet—with over 410 registered helicopters, 260 helipads, and approximately 2,200 daily takeoffs and landings—represents a prime location for the implementation of advanced urban air mobility (UAM) solutions.

Building the Future of Urban Flight

Since its launch nearly two years ago, Revo has been laying the groundwork for an integrated UAM ecosystem. This includes collaborative air traffic management simulations in São Paulo using Eve’s Vector software, setting the stage for scalable, real-world eVTOL operations.

The agreement also provides Revo with access to Eve TechCare, a robust operational support program designed to enhance aircraft performance and streamline eVTOL fleet operations through integrated services and analytics.

“We have built a solid partnership with Eve Air Mobility since Revo’s inception. After conducting joint tests and actively contributing to the development of aircraft that will shape the industry’s future, we are once again making history,” said Jeremy Akel, CEO of OHI. “It is a great honor to be the first to operate eVTOLs in São Paulo, leading a new chapter in urban air mobility. With first-class, safe, and sustainable service, we continue advancing our mission to redefine the flying experience and intelligently connect cities.”
