Dealerware Partners with myKaarma to Enhance Service Lane Technology

Dealerware announced a new integration partnership with myKaarma to create tighter interoperability between dealership loaner fleet management and service lane technology, aiming to reduce operational friction and improve customer experiences. The integration connects systems used daily by dealership service departments, aligning employee workflows and enabling a more seamless, “single pane of glass” experience. By embedding Dealerware within the myKaarma platform, dealerships can minimize manual steps, reduce system switching, and maintain full visibility into loaner fleets and service interactions. “Retailers are tasked with managing a wide array of software solutions, and asking them to jump between systems only adds time and friction,” said Matt Carpenter, CEO of Dealerware. “By embedding Dealerware within myKaarma, we’re reducing screens, logins, and complexity, so teams can do their jobs more efficiently while maintaining full visibility and control over their loaner fleets and customer experiences.”

The integration enables real-time loaner availability during service booking, streamlined customer payments, centralized messaging, and direct access to Dealerware from the myKaarma Loaner tab, planned for later in 2026. “Dealerware shares our focus on removing operational friction for dealerships and improving the service experience,” said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma. “This partnership brings together two platforms our customers already rely on, helping them operate more efficiently while delivering a more connected service lane and loaner experience.” Highlighting the combined value for dealerships already using both platforms.
