Echo Global Logistics will acquire ITS Logistics. ITS is one of North America’s fastest-growing third-party logistics providers. This deal will greatly boost Echo’s scale and enhance its technology-driven capabilities. Founded in 1999, ITS has built a solid reputation for tailored solutions. It tackles complex supply chain issues with its top DropFleet drop trailer and trailer pool program. ITS also excels in dedicated capacity, intermodal and drayage, freight security, omnichannel fulfillment, and sustainable transportation. The new company is set to earn about $5.4 billion in revenue for 2025. This will create a top transportation and logistics platform.
