Noble Supply and Logistics, LLC has announced the launch of NOBLE IQ™, a new division focused on delivering integrated safety, security, and operational readiness solutions for public- and private-sector organizations globally. NOBLE IQ™ used to be KD Analytical Consulting LLC. It carries a strong legacy of complete training, support, and technical services. These services are for public safety agencies, the military, and private-sector partners. The division specializes in advanced technical solutions including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives (CBRNE) equipment, weapons detection systems, and related safety and security technologies, guided by a full life-cycle philosophy of Evaluate, Implement, Train, and Sustain.

The division has a new name and look, but it keeps its skilled team. It will still operate from its Lexington, Kentucky center. Its focus remains on reliability and readiness. Led by Executive Vice President Jon Terpening, the team brings decades of expertise across CBRNE, HazMat, defense, and security domains. “Our operational foundation ensures every solution we deliver is practical and mission-aligned,” said Terpening. “We support government and critical infrastructure clients with advanced capabilities, including CBRNE sensors, AI/ML-enabled analytics, real-time data delivery, and comprehensive support services-to help meet evolving security requirements.”
