Valvoline Inc. has announced the completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Breeze Autocare from Greenbriar Equity Group, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to scale its preventive automotive maintenance network across North America. The acquisition, finalized under the February 17, 2025 purchase agreement, immediately increases Valvoline’s store count and broadens its customer base by integrating Breeze Autocare’s established Oil Changers locations. “We are pleased to announce the completion of the Breeze Autocare acquisition,” said Lori Flees, President and CEO of Valvoline Inc.
