Altera Corporation is excited to strengthen its partnership with AXISCADES Technologies Limited. Based in Bangalore, AXISCADES is a respected tech and engineering firm. We aim to boost defense technologies. We combine Altera’s innovative programmable logic platforms with AXISCADES’s skills in aerospace, defense, and AI system engineering.
We’re excited to share that we’ve opened a 10,000-square-foot innovation lab in Bangalore. This fantastic facility will focus on designing, developing, and testing FPGA-based reference architectures. Key projects will include radar systems, drones, software-defined radios, and secure communication systems. Our engineers will collaborate closely with AXISCADES, providing technical guidance and support. This teamwork will help ensure a smooth integration during both prototyping and production. Together, we are committed to a successful rollout of Altera’s Agilex™ 9 Direct-RF FPGAs and SoCs for our customers.
This partnership boosts both companies in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sector. It also helps AXISCADES access advanced FPGA technology and global customer channels. Altera and AXISCADES are now set to boost aerospace and defense investments in Bangalore with their new innovation lab.
A new team effort led to the launch of a 3U-VPX SOSA-aligned COTS card. It uses Agilex 9 Direct-RF technology. This new programmable solution raises the bar in RF signal processing. It offers great speed and flexibility for vital defense systems.
