Schulte brings deep expertise in building SaaS tax technology and big data companies, having founded Taxcient (merged with Avalara) and LumaTax (merged with Taxually), and served as CEO of Zurple (acquired by Constellation Software). A former California auditor who pioneered innovative data-driven audit techniques for actual basis examination, he combines technical mastery with entrepreneurial vision and an intimate understanding of the challenges facing finance professionals.
