SHOPLINE Partners with Alloy Automation to Accelerate Logistics for Merchants

SHOPLINE, a leading global commerce platform, announced a strategic partnership with Alloy Automation, beginning with the launch of a new ShipStation integration designed to simplify and streamline cross-border fulfillment for merchants.

With Alloy’s embedded iPaaS platform, SHOPLINE merchants can now seamlessly sync order and fulfillment data between SHOPLINE and ShipStation in real time. This automation eliminates repetitive tasks such as generating shipping labels, updating order statuses, and notifying customers-saving merchants more than 1,500 hours annually, or an estimated $40,000 in labor costs.

Driving Faster Integrations and Merchant Value

“Building integrations is a time-consuming task. With Alloy Automation, we were able to launch ShipStation significantly faster than if we had to do it in house,” said Hani Shabsign, Head of Product, US at SHOPLINE. “This real-time order sync reduces the engineering effort on our side while delivering tremendous value to our merchants.”

By tapping into Alloy’s library of hundreds of prebuilt connectors, SHOPLINE can now roll out new integrations in hours instead of weeks. Merchants can expect their most-requested apps to appear in the SHOPLINE marketplace in the coming weeks.

“We’re thrilled to support SHOPLINE in rapidly expanding their integration ecosystem,” said Gregg Mojica, CEO and co-founder of Alloy Automation. “Today’s merchants rely on a connected stack of tools. By partnering with Alloy, SHOPLINE can deliver those connections at scale and give merchants the seamless workflows they expect.”

Empowering Merchants Across Industries

“This partnership gives us the flexibility to cater to merchants of all business models and industries with the stack that’s tailored to their needs,” said Christopher Yang, Co-President of SHOPLINE. “At the same time, Alloy Automation empowers our engineering teams to move faster, expand our ecosystem more efficiently, and deliver innovations at scale—ensuring we can support merchants with the right tools at the right time.”

With Alloy, SHOPLINE is laying the foundation for faster, scalable integrations that help merchants stay competitive in an increasingly complex digital commerce environment.

“SHOPLINE’s merchants have a wide range of requirements for their toolkit. Even with our mature global partner ecosystem, it’s nearly impossible to cover everything,” said Jared Poole, Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture at SHOPLINE. “Alloy Automation gave my team the confidence to say, if a tool has a public API (OAS), we can connect to it—simple as that.”
