L3Harris Technologies introduced its new “Wolf Pack” of launched effects vehicles-marking a major milestone in the company’s commitment to equipping the U.S. Department of Defense with next-generation, cost-effective, and mission-ready munitions that are adaptable across all service branches and operational domains.
The first two platforms in the series, Red Wolf™ and Green Wolf™, are designed for rapid deployment from air, land, or sea-based systems. These multi-role vehicles are built with modularity and mission flexibility in mind, leveraging cutting-edge software for in-flight collaboration, autonomous swarming, and dynamic re-targeting.

Green Wolf™: An advanced electronic warfare vehicle capable of electronic attack and signal intelligence-detecting, identifying, locating, and reporting threats in contested environments.

Developed over five years, L3Harris has completed more than 40 successful test flights across varied scenarios. The vehicles are optionally recoverable, offering mission planners the ability to swap and integrate different payloads for evolving operational requirements. This adaptability enhances their lifecycle utility and ensures operational cost-efficiency.
With low-rate initial production scheduled to begin by the end of 2025, L3Harris is scaling infrastructure and automating key manufacturing processes to support rapid delivery of dozens of units, aligning with growing demand for agile and interoperable battlefield technologies.
The Red Wolf and Green Wolf platforms represent a critical leap forward in the Department of Defense’s pursuit of multi-domain dominance, enabling real-time coordination, resilience, and advanced lethality in dynamic combat environments.
