AIT Worldwide Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, has finalized an agreement to purchase the assets of GSDMIA, an international freight forwarding company headquartered in Miami.
According to Ray Fennelly, AIT’s Chief Development Officer, who led the acquisition process, GSDMIA has extensive international air and ocean transportation experience. The team transports a diverse range of commodities between the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America, including cosmetics packaging and finished goods, commercial HVAC equipment and cryptocurrency data servers.
“GSDMIA is an incredibly dynamic group that shares AIT’s focus on delivering a world-class customer experience,” added Fennelly. “I am delighted to welcome the team to our network and look forward to working together to expand the reach and reputation of AIT’s services around the world.”
