G2 Venture Partners, a venture capital firm investing in transformative technology companies at their inflection points to build a sustainable future, announced that Anne Fazioli-Khiari has joined the firm as Partner and Chief Operating Officer.
Anne joins G2 Venture Partners as Partner and COO, bringing a wealth of experience in finance and operations to her leadership role at G2. She started her finance career at General Electric and Shorebank. She later became an investment banker at JPMorgan, specializing in M&A and financings for public and private companies. While at JPMorgan, she was a member of the Latin America group and later joined the firm’s Equity Private Placement group focused on growth companies in Silicon Valley. Anne was a founding member of JPMorgan’s Cleantech group, giving her firsthand experience with the U.S. solar industry. She later joined BrightSource Energy supporting the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts. She also held the Vice President of Investor Relations role at Ubiquiti Networks (UBNT).
As an advocate for education and community service, Anne served in the Peace Corps in Panama and more recently on the Portola Valley School District Governing Board. Anne holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
