Navitas Semiconductor, a top player in GaNFast gallium nitride (GaN) and GeneSiC silicon carbide (SiC) technologies, has enhanced its partnership with WT Microelectronics Co. WT Microelectronics is one of Asia’s largest semiconductor distributors. This collaboration will provide more technical know-how and improved supply chain support. Customers using GaN and SiC power devices in the region will benefit greatly.
As part of the updated agreement, Navitas has streamlined its franchised distributor ecosystem, while WT Microelectronics has increased its dedicated technical and commercial resources. Together, the companies will provide stronger support for rapidly scaling markets- including AI data centers, high-performance computing, grid and energy infrastructure, and industrial electrification-by delivering industry-leading wide bandgap semiconductor solutions.
WT will serve as the primary customer-facing partner across Asia, overseeing design-in activity, technical engagement, and field support. Bolstered by an extensive logistics network, WT will ensure fast, dependable delivery of Navitas’ high-voltage, high-power GaN and SiC products to customers across the region.
